On safari
Our safaris use 4x4 vehicles with a pop-up roof, so everyone has a clear view and room for a camera. Your professional guide drives, spots wildlife and explains what you are seeing.
Road or air?
Distances are bigger than they look on a map, and many park roads are rough. Driving lets you see the countryside and stop on the way, while a small-plane flight saves time on longer routes. We can suggest the best mix for your trip.
Arriving
Most northern Tanzania safaris begin in Arusha, usually through Kilimanjaro International Airport. Kenyan trips normally start in Nairobi, and Ugandan trips in Entebbe. Airport transfers are listed in your itinerary when they are included.
Long days
Some travel days are long and bumpy. Tell us if you have back problems or are travelling with young children, and we can adjust the plan.
